Stevens, Cristian M.

Cristian Stevens has served as a judge on the Missouri Court of Appeals for the Eastern District since November 2021. Prior to his appointment, he was the First Assistant Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General for the Criminal Division in the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. He also served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Missouri from 2002 to 2017. Judge Stevens clerked for Chief Judge Pasco M. Bowman II on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.

Judge Stevens earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 1998 and his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1995.
