ALASKA BOROUGHS (COUNTIES)
Alaska does not have county governments but is organized into boroughs, roughly the equivalent of counties.To access Alaska borough websites, click on the National Assoc. of Counties website and select “Find a County” from the menu. A nationwide interactive map will appear, and you can select the appropriate Alaska borough from the map. Alternatively, you can click on the search button (top of page, far right) and enter county name in the search box. When you access the county page you are seeking, under County Contact click on the county website link, which takes you to the county government website.
