Van Hook, Alexander C.

Alexander Van Hook is a career federal prosecutor who currently serves as Acting United States Attorney for the Western District of Louisiana, overseeing both criminal and civil litigation for the district. Prior to his service as acting U.S. Attorney, he held senior leadership positions in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District — from Assistant U.S. Attorney in 1999, to Deputy Criminal Chief, to First Assistant U.S. Attorney. Before that, upon graduating from law school in 1997, he clerked for Chief Judge Henry A. Politz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Judge Tom Stagg of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.
Mr. Van Hook received his J.D. degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University in 1997 (Order of the Coif, Louisiana Law Review) and his B.A. from Centenary College of Louisiana in 1993.
Westercamp, Kara Marie

Kara Marie Westercamp is currently Associate Counsel to the President in the White House, where she has focused on trade law matters and defended the administration’s trade policies. Before joining the White House, she served for more than a decade as a Senior Trial Counsel in the Commercial Litigation Branch of the Civil Division at the U.S. Department of Justice, where she handled trade and customs litigation on behalf of the federal government. Earlier in her career, Ms. Westercamp was an associate at Jones Day. She clerked for Chief Judge John A. Jarvey on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa from 2009 to 2011.
Ms. Westercamp earned her J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, both in 2009. She graduated from the University of Iowa in 2005 with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.B.A. in Finance and Management.
Wolfe, Christopher R.

Christopher Wolfe has served as a judge of the 213th Judicial District Court in Tarrant County, Texas, since October 2018, where he presides over felony criminal cases and supervises the Felony Alcohol Intervention Program, a treatment program for repeat DWI offenders. Before his appointment to the bench by Governor Greg Abbott, Judge Wolfe served as Deputy Branch Manager of the U.S. Attorney's Office, Northern District of Texas – Fort Worth Division, and was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for 15 years. Earlier in his career, he was an Assistant District Attorney in Tarrant County (2000–03) and an associate at the law firm of Cowles & Thompson (1999–2000).
Judge Wolfe earned his J.D. from Baylor Law School in 1998 and graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in history in 1995.
