   Annual Subscription:

[   ] Annual Subscription @ $195.00 per year, Jan - Dec (rate for abbreviated period is $160.00).

Our subscription period runs from Jan to Dec of each year. If you subscribe after your 30-day trial,
your subscription will run from Mar to Dec 2015, and your subscription price for the abbreviated
period will be $160.00. Once we receive your order, we will send you via email the access links,
one link for computer/tablets; the other for smartphones. You can begin using both right away. See
below for further details.

You do not need to send payment in advance. You will not be billed until your 30-day
free trial has elapsed, at which time you may cancel if you wish.

 Online Access:  Subscribers to Nation's Courts Online do not need a password. Rather once you subscribe, we
    provide you with a link (URL address) with which to access the service (you can then bookmark or paste to your
    website, allowing all in your organization easy access). We also provide a special smartphone link to open from
    your smartphone. These links change once a year. On renewal, you will be given the new links.
